Shetland Sheepdog breeder in Coon Rapids Iowa

Welcome to Spring Valley Shelties. I am located in west central Iowa. I have been raising shelties for about 20 years. I follow the breed standards with size and temparment. All of my dogs are well socialized and very well taken care of. None of my dogs live in crates and have plenty of room to exercise. All of my puppies are raised in my home with a lot of attention and socialized. My dogs are shown in the AKC and UKC and I have a few finished champions. Testing for hips, eyes and thyroid are done on all my breeding dogs. Puppies are available after they are 9 weeks old and not before. I occasionally have adults available also. Most of my puppies are placed in pet homes and a few selected ones are show prospects. Show prospects are evaluated @ 9 weeks.
