Between rescue and starting our original kennel with a foundation York female, we gradually began to work our way into the Bully side of the breed as they began to emerge into the light. We were drawn to APBT by the strength and intelligence of the breed. After more than 15 yrs of loving this breed,there have been only a handful of litters born here since NEK originally began. Most of our time was spent in research on the history, diseases, wellness programs and conformation/weightpull showing. We continue to do our part to fight for the APBT,Bully,Amstaff and all other variations of endangered breeds.We believe "if you don't fight, you don't have the right". Meaning, if you don't fight for what you love and believe in, then you don't have the right to bitch and complain when it's gone or banned. This breed has spent its existence fighting for us, now the tables have turned and it is us that has to fight for them.
Since 2003, we have been working primarily with the Razors Edge line.Our foundation stud, Tsunami, is 100% RE out of Devils Den's Sampson and Bluesteel Pits Kila. He has produced some nice pups in the past and a few have gone on to UKC championships. He will continue to be our foundation along with our many friends in the brotherhood of the Bully.
We dismantled the old facilities,moved and are now back as NEK v2.0. Our goal is still the same and so is our program: »»Conformation, we put our emphasis on strong,well proportioned and chizzled bodies and heads to the "T" of conformation. »»Temperment and health are extremely important as well,therefore all of our dogs are given the best in socialization and behavioral training. We also use and recommend NuVet Vitamins on all of our dogs and puppies.
We guarantee all of our dogs and puppies that come out of our facilities. All dogs come with up-to-date shot records, health guarantee and registration from ABKC and UKC.
