These books are guaranteed to warm any dog-lover’s heart.

Adorable! Spelled the same in French and English, this word sums up the petite French Bulldog. Similar in build to the very popular Pug, the French Bulldog is a roly-poly lotta-lovin' dog -- avec un attitude! While still ranked in the middle of the AKC registrations list at #76, the Frenchie is becoming trés popular.

This book includes over 250 stunning and adorable photographs; expert advice on breeding, care, showing, and health; Frenchies throughout history, rare art and collectibles; and a detailed resource section on clubs, specialty groups, and breeders. Truly everything Frenchie fans and owners crave!
|  French Bulldog Champions, 2001-2004 - $46.95
This book is of absolute poor quality. The pages look like they have come off a home inkjet printer, with lines down the pages as if it was running out of ink or something.
Tons of fillers in this book including candid shots with "cutie" captions. I would have taken less pages for more actual frenchie champion stuff or even stories of the champions in the book. Just not fillers with frenchie art, snap shots and some breeder pages that really just look like ads.
Don't get me started on seeing europuppy dogs in there.
For $50.00 they really should improve the quality or drop the price. Mine will be going back as I can reseach champions and pedigrees elsewhere.

Etc. The thirty six page chapter on the French Bulldog will prove of particular interest to some breeders. The book is well illustrated with many text drawings and numerous vintage black and white photographs of famous Bulldogs. This is a fascinating read for any Bulldog enthusiast or historian of the breed, but also contains much information that is still useful and practical today. Many of the earliest dog breed books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. VINTAGE DOG BOOKS are republishing these classic works in affordable, high quality, modern editions, using the original text and artwork.
|  French Bulldog Champions, 1989-2000 - $32.95
This book serves as a good reference for breeders to research Champion French Bulldogs. It is a low quality printed book that looks like it was put together by a high school student.....for the price it could have been bound nicer, etc. It is however, a necessary book for any top quality breeder to have in their Frenchie library.
