Firelight is located in central Kentucky.
We own only a few select German Shepherds and do not mass produce puppies but breed for continued quality of the true German Shepherd Dog for family, work or sport.
Tia von Enckhausen is a working line female out of 2 time World Champion Police dog, Stormfront's Brawnson. We are very proud to have Tia as part of our family.
We have a new member of our GSD family, Faust Cierna Vdova, who is an import working line male out of famous Czech dogs such as Car Policia & Titus z Pohranicní stráže. Car Policia, has the highest police dog certification possible and Titus z Pohranicni straze, is considered to be the greatest Czech Border Patrol dogs of all time. Faust is available as stud to a few select approved females.
Firelight owned canines are not only working competition dogs but family companions. They are with us as much as possible and travel where ever we go. They are our best friends and protectors, I never fear with Tia or Faust near by. Tia & Faust are ever watchful over my family and are ready to spring into action at less then a moments notice. Both Tia & Faust are very serious in their protection as Tia has super grips like an alligator (Just ask the helpers, LOL...) and Faust is a very civil male. Faust is a true "man of the house" and has the full attitude, bark and bite to go with it...so WATCH OUT!
Firelight Kennel does AKC obedience training and occasional AKC events and the German sport of Schutzhund, including tracking, obedience and protection. We will be entering into the AKC world of agility and possibly herding. We also do the occasional foundation training for scent-detection canines. |
