 |  | | General Information | The Brittany Dog was developed in Northern province of France that carries the same name. Although sometimes referred to as the Brittany Spaniel, this dog has more in common with Pointers and Setters when out on the hunt.
The coat of the Brittany Dog is usually of medium length and can be straight or wavy. Typical marking are white with orange or liver patches.
The Brittany is a well balanced dog that can be boisterous at times. They are easy to train and enjoy working in teams with other dogs.
