I have several English Setters that range from one to five years old. They are all very sweet and loving dogs but three are quite shy around strangers and two have not been worked much around birds and would prefer to be pets other than hunting dogs. All have loving dispositions.
I planned to keep these dogs but my husband's death dictates that I drastically cut back on the number of dogs in the kennel.
