The cost of a Golden puppy is only an initial investment. Vet visits are not optional anc can be costly.
If you are questioning whether you can
afford a pet, please consider that the average vet bill for a series of new
puppy shots in the first year averages about $300 and $100 for each
year. Food for the Golden Retriever will cost you a minimum of another $150 per year.
Golden Retriever puppy owners are encouraged to give their maturing dog an ample fenced in yard.
Also, consider whether you have the time and patience to invest in a Golden Retriever
pup before your purchase, they are very social animals and want to be around
people. These may seem like trivial issues, however, we advise you to think
