The Labernard is a patient, friendly and affectionate dog much like the parent breeds that create him - the outgoing Labrador Retriever and gentle giant Saint Bernard - both bred as working dogs. They are large to giant sized dogs who need a firm hand because they can be quite willful so training is best started young. Common color for this litter is mostly Black, coats are short and dense, with a thick double-coat which can make them battle in the heat. They shed moderately so will need regular brushing to keep their coats healthy. The Labernard will need a lot of exercise so will be best suited to an active family who enjoy taking him out on excursions.
Both parents are AKC they are our loving furry children and live onsite, we have choosen a puppy from this litter its our last litter and Labernards are very hard to find so we wish that our pups go to a family looking for this designer breed. Ewok is a loving mother with this being her second litter we are done. Both parents are fun loving and are protective of our home. Having a big breed requires love and trianing when taking out into the public and at home for guests. We wish all our furry grandchildren go to a loving home. Our last litter was AWESOME we had the best parents show up to select their new puppy. One puppy was so lucky the BEST couple ever flew in to pittsburg and drove the puppy back to he didnt have to fly in frieght. He was also a surprise wedding gift from the bride! All the owners shared a very sad experience which lead them to search for a new family member. All our pups went to a home that had lost thier furry child to cancer and a stomach issue. We were so happy that our family member were able to heal a broken heart and fill love back into the home for the adults and the kids. We can supply references from our last litter upon request and approval of the current parents of course.
