Sam is a 3rd generation Shihtzu x Toy Poodle cross (both parents were 50/50, grandparents were pure Shihtzu x pure Toy Poodle). He has a soft, wavy, gray-white coat with darker ears, muzzle, and tail tip. He is very affectionate with people and dogs. Both his vet visits and his full EMBARK genetic tests have come back clean.

While EMBARK's genetic tests cleared him of any inherited disease, and he is also not a carrier for 190 of the inheritable diseases tested, he is a single variant carrier for Degenerative Myelopathy and we will NOT breed with a female carrying any variant of the disease.

We are on the fence about breeding him and thus seeking interest before making a neutering decision. If you are interested in having him as a stud we can have further health checks performed before the pairing as necessary, as well as sharing the full EMBARK report with you.
