Waffles is the sweetest, wittiest, most outgoing, lovable, huggable dog we’ve ever raised. He is agile, super-fast, and loves to work! He's a beautiful specimen of his breed, the Miniature American Shepherd, which is the only version of a miniature Australian-type shepherd accepted by the American Kennel Club (AKC). The Miniature American Shepherd shares many physical and personality traits with its forebear the Australian Shepherd, but on a smaller (and admittedly cuter) scale.
Waffles boasts the sought-after blue merle coat with its standard hallmarks of marbled gray, black, and white fur. He has tan points. His eyes are breathtakingly gorgeous – a captivating ice blue. He is on the smaller side of the breed, which is great for most pairings and furthers the breed standard as a small-to-medium miniature breed.
Waffles is a true herding dog – very playful and eager for commands. He is AKC registered, energetic, versatile, and absolutely stunning!
