Rescued dog ..nearly frozen to death ..had ice chunks stuck to him/her..looks like someone poured water over it in -35c weather in Northern Manitoba....I cannot keep it any longer ...not sure what breed ,age sex. But spent about what I'm asking g for it on it ...thanks
