Expensive and Unreliable

I gave them zero stars because they were an expensive and unreliable petsitting service. The pet sitter quit in the middle of my visit. They also failed to properly walk my dog. They also didn't provide the amount of time that they said they would. When I posed questions about their service, I was given to the office clerk and spoken rudely to. The owner of the company was nowhere to be found.
