Czar's is a family owned and operated in home kennel established to provide small Shelties 12 to 13 inches in height and weigh 12 to 14 lbs. Inbreeding and line breeding are discouraged in the 1st 3 generations as we believe these practices contribute to inherited health issues. Our adult breeding dogs are genetically tested for Collie Eye Anormally (CEA) Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) Multi Drug Resistance (MDR1) and Von Willibrand 3 (vWD3) to insure a safe breed and a healthy puppy. All our Shelties are AKC registered, however because of their small stature cannot be shown and titled in AKC conformation. Czars is a member of the Toy Sheltie club where members are actively working toward AKC approval and recognition of the value of the Toy Shetland Sheepdog. Our puppies are raised in our home and are socialized with the other dogs, cats and children. All animals live in our home as family members. F1393
