AKC Smooth Coat. Valentine is a service dog. He has a wonderful disposition and is true to a rescue. You can see by his photos, he has a sense of humor and is extremely intelligent. Please keep in mind, dispositions are genetic. Valentine was born into our family. All the puppies were 100% healthy with no birth defects or medical conditions. Valentine was the largest male of the litter. I took approaches to stunt his growth and in order to reduce the risk of joint damage and hip dysplasia and ensure a long healthy life, however, he is still 176lbs. He has very solid hips and has not demonstrated any hip or joint concerns. Again, I am very proactive with my St. Bernard's health. Valentine's coat is extremely soft, a trait he inherited from his mother, Daisy.
