Picking is from pictures when we put them up close to go-home time. This is for the safety of puppies. Illnesses have increased since the old days that can kill puppies and easily be tracked in by visitors. Most of these viruses didn't exist years ago, as they do now. We also meet in public at pickup for our safety as well as our dogs. Unfortunately, there are people who are not what they appear to be who rob or murder breeders.

The great thing about our pugs is after all these years we really have personality and temperament down. Our pugs are sweet, playful, silly, very affectionate pups. They are not tall lanky hyper active paranoid pugs a majority of people breed. Our pugs come from grand champion and champion show lines, which makes a big difference as they must be trainable, love people and other animals, and exhibit the correct personality to be around all those people and other dogs at an event. That passes down to offspring and our puppies are super social love bugs that are very smart and want to learn.

Once home our babies are very moldable and adaptable to whatever you want them to be. They really follow your lead on how active or mellow to be. As puppies they do get short burst of puppy zoomies but they are not hyper active. They really just shadow you and adapt to you as they want to please. If you're active they are, if you're a relax chill person they are.

Occasionally, we'll have a puppy that is a little more outgoing or mellow, and we'll note that if they are. Picking close to go home really helps you know if we see any variance, and you're able to see how they are turning out physically to get one that strikes you.
