Archie is simply a beautiful hound. He is not quite ready for studding, as he is still a puppy and needs more time to mature, but will be ready & available for stud services to the public as soon as spring 2021. He is 25 lbs, is 15", and was whelped on August 11, 2019. He was bred by a hunter in Louisiana, has excellent prey drive, and has even caught and killed a wild rabbit that got into our yard once. Archie is very friendly & also has correct Beagle temperament. He is the direct descendant of a Beagle who won the SPO (Small Pack Option) and got the titles of FC (Field Champion) & NSPC (National Small Pack Champion) in 2007. We are planning on putting Archie in a performance American Kennel Club event before we stud him out. He will also soon be genetically screened with Embark testing (OFA), and get tested for canine brucella before we stud him out. We do have a stud service contract, and there are certain requirements that must be met for us to perform the services. We charge $450 for your dog to stay with us for 7 days in an attempt to impregnate her. We will refund %100 percent of your money if our services fail to produce a litter. Make sure your breeding stock can withstand his size, as he is a large beagle.
