King Bluey is a very handsome shy, laid-back guy who LOVES Kids!! (I was never told he was shy, I only found out until he was dropping off to me after paying for him!) He is not neutered as I planned on breeding him unfortunately we unexpectedly lost his mate recently and he is alone. I am just not ready for another dog to fill this void. Please open your heart and home to Bluey he has lots of love to give he's just been let down but people in his early days who didn't socialize him. I've had him for a year and he's coming along but isn't ready for the big city by any means. A slow country setting with limited travel is what I feel is best for Bluey at least for now and a fenced in yard! He is AKC registered with good breeding so would still make a great sire to any breeding program. Pick up in person or we can arrange meeting for a gas fee. Basset hound experience would be a bonus and definitely another Basset hound would be ideal but not a deal breaker as long as you have enough time to spend giving Bluey attention.
