At The Good Dog Spot! we have been providing quality service to customers and their dogs for over 10yrs! Our Facility Our facility is 4,500 square feet of indoor, climate-controlled space. The 2,700 square foot play/training floor is fully matted with 3/4 inch thick rubber for traction and shock absorption. We are a full service dog facility catering to all your dogs needs, including: Daycare Overnight Care Training (Obedience/Skills, Agility learning-competition) Playgroups (Private Dog Park every Saturday) Bathing Rescue (many rescues available for adoption) Want to see what were all about? Come to our Saturday playgroup. Every Saturday we offer playgroups for puppies/small dogs, adults, all dogs...just $5! Stay to watch your dog play, see our facilty, meet the staff and other dog owners. Get a feel for what were all about! *separate crate room for quiet and convenience *tub/grooming room *outdoor potty area which is 1,400 square feet *suites & large indoor runs for boarding Location: The Good Dog Spot is located in Bloomfield, CT, just 4 miles north of Bishops Corner in West Hartford. Our address is 34 Tunxis (rte. 189), Bloomfield CT 06002. NOTE: The Good Dog Spot is not visible from the road. We have a teal & yellow sign located in our driveway, which is between the pizza place and the gas station. Drive up the driveway which opens into a large parking lot; we are behind the pizza place. Facility Rentals: The Good Dog Spot! is available for weekend rentals, and some evening rentals. It is a perfect site for matches, fun days, club meetings and general get-togethers. With the fully matted play/training floor, plus a crate room, tub room, extra large library room, handicapped-accessible bathroom, fenced outdoor potty area, and plenty of parking -- you have everything you need for a successful event. Our regulation agility equipment is also available for rental if you are renting the facility. Please call us for rental availability and prices.
