*** Standing O'Paws will be moving to South Jersey in July 2011!!!*** Standing O'Paws currently offers group obedience and agility classes as well as private In-Home sessions in the comfort of your home. And for the dogs who need more intense training, we now also offer a Board & Train option where your dog comes into our home and works for 6-8 hours every day. Our group classes are each 6 weeks in length and meet for an hour each week. Our Basic Obedience curriculum is based on the American Kennel Club's S.T.A.R. Puppy program, while our Advanced Obedience is geared around the Canine Good Citizen program. All dogs will be tested during week 6 of the Advanced class. We are have a 98% C.G.C. passing rate on week 6 of our Advanced Obedience. Our In-Home training session are conducted in your home and addresses the area that you need help with the most so we don't waste time covering material your dog already knows. Rates for In-Home training is charged on an hourly rate or a package and is charged according to your location. Board & Train program is a Doggie Boot camp program for clients that need (or want more) intense training. Your dog is brought into our home for 2-4 weeks and worked for 6-8 hours a day. We put a lot of emphasis on household manners, doorway etiquette, leash training, and socialization. All of our training programs address problem behaviors including but are not limited to: Separation Anxiety**Jumping**Barking**Chewing**House Breaking**Nipping**Socialization**. The only cases we do NOT accept are aggression cases. We WILL do a full evaluation to determine whether is it a true aggression case or a lack of training and guidance. If we determine it to be a case of aggression we will refer you to your vet for blood work and a physical exam to rule out any possible health causes.
